North Georgia Christian Academy Lady Knight competed in the 2022 GCAA State Tournament



On October 21st the North Georgia Christian Academy Lady Knights traveled to Bible Baptist Christian School in Hampton to compete in the 2022 GCAA State Tournament. In the first match of the day, the JV Lady Knights took on Bible Baptist. In the first set, both teams fought until the end as the Lady Knights pulled out a 25-23 win. In the second game, Bible Baptist won 12-25. In the deciding match Bible Baptist was able to move on to the next round of the tournament with a 15-7 win.


The varsity Lady Knights then played their first-round matchup against Philadelphia. In the first match, Philadelphia won 25-12. In the second game, the Lady Knights competed until the end but ultimately lost 25-23. Both JV and Varsity Lady Knights players played very well throughout the tournament and never gave up.


Rounding out the weekend, Madison Race and Sarah Johnson represented the Lady Knights by participating in the GCAA All Star game on Saturday October 22nd. Congratulations to all of the Lady Knights on a tremendous volleyball season.
